What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept e-transfer and C.O.D. (C.O.D. for Victoria customers only)
How long does shipping take?
We try to get local deliveries out the same day if placed before 12pm.
If we can’t get your order out to you the same day, we will let you know when you can expect it.
For customers outside our local delivery area, we ship via Canada Post.
You can expect you order anywhere from 2-5 days depending on where you are located.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’ll do our best to ensure you are.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track the progress of your order on our website.
